Dear Gary Fugere,
Since you were so quick (in comparison to the past) to respond to my recent letter (February 8) and telephone conversation (March 8), do you think you could respond to the numerous letters I have written in the past. When writing, could you offer a detailed response that ensures that the Governor's office recognizes my concerns and evidence presented. In addition, if the Governor is going to refuse to take action as requested in the letters please give detail of what she is refusing to do by referencing the material I have submitted and the illegal actions I have alleged of the Superintendent and others. In the event that the Governor will act upon her ministerial duties, please provide the specific action she will be taking.

Dear Attorney General Rob McKenna and Governor Christine Gregoire:
I am writing this letter to request a meeting to discuss the actions of the State Superintendent as it relates to her implementation and promotion of the Robert Carkhuff conceptual framework, and contractual concerns. I have attempted to contact your offices to receive a written letter addressing the many documents demonstrating a religious promotion that advances racism and discrimination against children with disabilities, children of color and children from low-income families.
I have submitted public documents obtained under public disclosure requests that discuss
- the building of a Temple;
- the process of creating an educational system that prepares students to interdependently process with the phenomena, which is the God of The New Science of Possibilities; and
- the labeling of children through the scoring of the current WASL design as detractors, attenuators, sub-human, conditioned responders, soulless, laggards, intellectually retarded.
In order to address the concerns I have raised you must understand that believing or even knowing the principles of the Carkhuff/Bergeson/McCune/Griffin religion is not required. Their religion seeks to prepare students (the chosen ones, lightbodies) for what Bergeson et al. believe is the 2012 transformation. While you may choose to laugh at or dismiss my findings, the truth remains that the belief system and practices of Bergeson et al. have invaded our public schools and are determining the local curriculum adoptions and teaching methods, and then the progress is assessed through the current WASL design. The current WASL design is driving the change of curriculum and teaching to enforce higher-order thinking throughout all grades. Higher-order thinking as a curriculum alone does not provide students with a well-rounded K-12 education. Young children are not developmentally ready to apply knowledge, and under the current education reform, the gaining of knowledge is no longer a priority (this practice aligns with the Bergeson et al. religious beliefs). Students are being required to make applications when they have not been given knowledge and understanding to apply, evaluate and synthesize.
Upon the completion of my Master’s Degree in Secondary Education, I will prepare a report that will demonstrate how the Washington state public school curriculum adoptions align with the religious practices and principles of Bergeson et al. The underlying principles of the theosophical teachings disguised as The New Science of Possibilities and education reform require higher-level thinking as the avenue to achieving godhood. A review of OSPI public documents supports this statement as a fact. I have presented the Governor with a number of supporting public documents that demonstrates this truth (December 23, 2005). I am enclosing for the Attorney General, with this letter, the December 23, 2005, letter and supporting documents. I am enclosing for the Governor and Attorney General a copy of the Temple notes, received under a public disclosure request, and several pages from the Freedom Doctrine, which discusses the OSPI Unity Project, and the project’s promotion of the idea that there is an intellectually retarded culture.
I have obtained, but have not discussed in detail, the public documents that support the public funding of a private school that advances the Carkhuff conceptual framework through the New Life Baptist Church. I have obtained but have not discussed the public documents supporting the workshops and trainings that promoted Carkhuff’s concepts and practices, these trainings and workshops were funded by OSPI through the Unity Project. The participants (teachers, paraprofessionals, parents and education administrators) provided detailed accounts of their training experience with Robert Carkhuff (Carkhuff signed the contractual agreements between the participants and OSPI). The accounts demonstrate the implementation of Carkhuff concepts in public schools and OSPI’s attempt to manipulate and brainwash unknowing victims into adopting the Carkhuff practices and beliefs.
I have presented the Governor with a written request to meet, which has not been acknowledged. I have made a verbal request to meet with Attorney General Rob McKenna, and I am now presenting that request in writing. I have attempted to receive a written response from Chief Attorney General Craig Wright, but have not received such response.
Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a meeting and please provide a written correspondence that addresses the concerns in this letter, and the December 23, 2005 letter and supporting documents.
You may contact me. It is my hope that we can work together to resolve this matter through the administrative process.
Sincerely,
Nancy Vernon
