P.O. Box 40002
Olympia, WA  98504-0002

Dear Governor Christine Gregoire:

I have received a letter dated June 30, 2006, from your staff member Angela Gregg, informing me that your schedule does not allow you “to meet with each individual who seeks an appointment.”  She also shares that the information in my June 6 and 13, 2006 letters “will be taken into consideration.”  Unfortunately, Ms. Gregg’s letter, which was written on your behalf, does not address any of my concerns nor does it notify me of the action you have taken or will be taking.  The level of documentation and evidence that I have presented to you is proof of the illegal advancement of the Bergeson et al. religion throughout our public school system in the form of public policies implemented to advance the Carkhuff conceptual framework.

With that noted, I expect to receive a letter from you that addresses the specific concerns relating to the Carkhuff conceptual framework (a framework advancing racial bigotry, and hate towards and persecution of children and adults with disabilities and other minority groups).

Your limited response to the issues I have brought to your attention concerns me.  Because of this concern, I must now address a possible conflict of interest as it relates to you and your staff.  I am concerned that the religious beliefs you and your staff hold may be interfering with your ability to act upon your duties as the Governor of Washington State in protecting the civil rights of our most vulnerable students and other minority groups.

On June 2, 2005, Mr. Richard Mitchell, your legal counsel, informed me per a telephone conversation that he is a Theosophist and he is familiar with the teachings of Annie Besant and C.W. Leadbeater.  At first, I believed this to be a benefit to your understanding of the concerns I have raised regarding Theosophy and the religious effects on education reform in Washington State.   However, because of your hesitance to address and act on my well-documented concerns, I am now fearful that you yourself may share the beliefs of Mr. Mitchell and Bergeson et al.  If so, will you continue to advance through public policy the implementation of the occult beliefs and practices of Theosophy throughout the public schools in Washington State?   Do you follow the teachings of a specific prophet of Theosophy?

Based on well-documented research, Bergeson et al. follow the teachings of Annie Besant and C.W. Leadbeater.  There are a number of theosophical prophets with followers.  Aside from Annie Besant and C.W. Leadbeater, some of the more popular, or infamous prophets of Theosophy are Helena Blavatsky, better known as Madame Blavatsky and the founder of the Theosophical Society (founded in 1875), Alice Bailey (known for anti-Black bigotry), and Guido von List (strongly influenced by the Theosophical doctrines of Madame Blavatsky).   In addition to List’s known beliefs and practices, historical fact presents List’s teachings as the precursor of occult Nazism.  Nazi mysticism denotes the combination of Nazism with occultism, esotericism, cryptohistory and the paranormal. The religious undercurrents of the National Socialist German Workers Party, better known as the Nazi Party, with the Party’s most infamous leader being Adolf Hitler are of occult Nazism (Nazi mysticism).  The religion of Bergeson et al. follows along the same undercurrents as occult Nazism.  Hitler’s racial policies had culminated in the genocide of 11 million people, including children and adults with disabilities, people of Jewish descent (six million people), homosexuals (gay men), and other minority groups considered racially inferior and undesirable.  This genocide is most commonly referred to as the Holocaust.

During the Hitler regime, the German educational system became the means to educate the public in the doctrine of Nazism and to begin the targeting of the racially inferior and undesirable.  Is this where we are headed?  Your continued silence on the concerns I have raised regarding the implementation of the Carkhuff conceptual framework throughout our public schools in Washington State suggests that you will continue to allow the advancement of racism against students of color and the persecution of our students with disabilities.

I must share with you that the average voter with whom I have shared this information has been able to fully grasp the Carkhuff conceptual framework’s connection to Theosophy and implementation in Washington public schools with far less documentation and direction than what I have presented to you and your staff to date.  Soon, I will be providing you with a letter and supporting material in hopes that you and your staff will finally grasp the urgency of this situation.

I respectfully request that you make the time to meet with me.  Please contact me as soon as possible to schedule a meeting.

Sincerely,

Nancy Vernon
